General TOS (FOR MUSIC VIDEO COMMISSIONS)

We strictly DO NOT accept requests that promote discrimination & AI artwork.
Refunds during finalization is strictly prohibited.

Payment

You will be charged through PayPal invoice for general illustrations.
Other methods like Western Union & bank transfer are allowed for larger projects like MVs.
50% of the overall price will be paid upfront upon the signing of the agreement and this shall be non-refundable, the rest will be paid after the final output.

Production

  • During the DRAFT & CONCEPT stage, the first 3 revisions are flexible & free of charge.

  • The revisions of finalized cuts (i.e. cuts that have been animated, colored, etc.), would also be subject to charges.The cost would depend on several factors such as weight, complexity, and the like.

Price & Commercial Rights

  • Overall price will be negotiated in private contact.

  • Intellectual Property Rights (IP Rights), and other applicable/relevant laws, will be discussed in exclusively in a private contract. General terms and conditions regarding IP Rights pursuant to prevailing law apply.

Animated Music Video (MV) Request

Overall MV price will heavily depend on art style, complexity, & song.
The following must be provided in your request:

  • Music audio file (WIP/draft = OK)

  • Client's idea/concept/meaning of the song

  • Desired MV execution (e.g. full creative freedom, script-strict, creative freedom+general concept, etc.)
